The venue was fairly clean and the staff were attentive and pleasant. Got new-fashioned room with the bath, sky TV, shower had an enjoyable stay overall. Apart from that, The Church of st Thomas was 15 minutes away by driving.
The staff were busy, didn't expect that coming.

staff are welcoming, stayed there over 10 times before. there is now a large fan in the room as quite hot even with the heating off. Hotel is outside of Hull City Centre but fine for parking. The pool is good although opening times have changed, now shuts at 9pm not 10pm, open 8am not 7am. Breakfast is a buffet and quality is good.

Value for money was very good for 2 adults and 2 children sharing a room. Breakfast was excellent. Use of the pool was the major incentive for the family.
Stayed on the secons floor and the corridor outside my room smelt of cigarette smoke often. Maybe from the function suite one floor below?
